The phone isnt actually a PSP which is a shame but does come with this list of features:

260K Color 2.8" True Color TFT
High Sensitive Touch Screen + Keypad
MP3 Player

SMS/MMS/GPRS Function included.
3.0 Mega Pixel Camera
PC Webcam
Video Recording (Camcorder) with Voice Record
USB Disk: The phone will be recognised as Removable Disk (Mass Storage) by the computer,You can paste and copy any files from your computer to the phone.
Bluetooth Support: For Bluetooth earphone.
PSP (Games player)
Photo Viewer
E-Book: TXT format supported, Download from Internet and Read Novel and Story anywhere anytime
Personal Assistant: Phone Book(300 contacts), Calculator, Alarm, Calendar, World Clock, Tasks, Currency Convertor, Sketch, Notes..

It plays Nes games via a built in hardware emulator, pretty cool, now if only the big gaming companies could make something packed with so many features.

if this was made by motorola, i'd buy it in a seccond. it seems this seller sells alot of cheap, 'made-in-china', phones. thats interesting....

Hmmmm I want an actual system speculation, like processor, ram, things like that, because it would be interesting on what this phone is actually capable of in terms of emulation and ability. Cause a everyone is right "it's no iphone" but iphone has no joy pad supports which to me was kinda a big disappointment, because the iphone is one powerful device, and is capable of a lot, and could have been put to very good use. But idk coders probably wouldn't want to work with this piece o junk anyway, cause if its made from China I don't trust it so much =/

If this phone is made by Anycall (as branded in the picture) then you expect quality as Anycall are Samsung rebranded handsets sold in asia.

[edit]

quick googling:
"Even though it carries an “Anycall” name, this phone is NOT made by Samsung, and is a cheap Chinese knock-off design that happens to have some nifty features"
