this is only downgrading and upgrading from custom firmware correct? because offical firmware downgraders cant just be run from an eboot without an exploit

it could in fact ask you what firmware you have and install the exploit where you need it and then tell you how to run it but i do not see how it will work with the gta or lumines exploit

I think this is a PC-based application, it only transfers the update/downgrade data on your PSP :)
