The company Alter will be releasing Trigger Heart Exelica figures. Trigger Heart Exelica is a shooter game released this year on Japan for the arcade machine Naomi and the console Dreamcast.
The figures will be released in December. More information and screens on the official Alter site (http://www.alter-web.jp/figure/07/12_2/index.html).

Because it's from a Dreamcast game. You don't get millions of figures from Dreamast games lately :p
