Set your PSP clock with GPS!

Preliminary version to set the PSP clock with the time
aquired from a serial GPS mouse.

For testing with MapThis! serial GPS setup.
Initial release with GPS support tested with Garmin GPS18PC,
but hopefully works with Holux GPSlim 240 as well.

Thanks, it looks like this first GPS routine only has a chance of working with Garmin recievers,
but the debug information would be useful from Holux users,
in working out compatibility for them for a future release.

It does look like magic when the time is suddenly set from the GPS, and you didn't need wifi access :)
