I really don't think this thread is going to be of much use.

As Exophase has said, full speed (or anywhere near playable) emulation of the DS is just not going to happen on the PSP and ports of immature PC emulators that will never progress very far are essentially pointless showboating.

If you feel you understand the PSP/DS hardware and emulation in general better than him then I don't know what to say.

And yes, it was just a quick and dirty port, and since it has no user input it's fairly useless at the moment, especially since it crashes easily.

my tested game:
-mario & luigi ds (usa) works but says please wait for loading data do not take out game card and do not turn off power. then after that it sayed Data error. press A or X. since theres no control config i cant get passed that but i can confirm that it works up to that point. :D
-Sonic Rush (usa) memory stick light is flashing a lot and there is a black screen, i guess its loading. ill leave it alone for a while EDIT: it loaded and a little yellow box with japanese text came up. now the memory stick indicator light is flashing more, i guess its going to the main menu now. EDIT2: i was wrong, it led to another yellow box with JPN text.. no more loading now..
-Mario vs. donkey kong 2 (USA) crashes..
-mario kart DS (EUR): CRASHES :(
-pokemon dash: works. really slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww lol, i wish sound was disabled..
-GeoWars (homebrew game for DS) works

we need to make the list nice and clean. i say A through Z order and for games that work the text is GREEN and the ones that dont work are RED. and seperate lists (games, videos, Demos, Homebrew). and we need to move this thread to PSP emulation & Homebrew thread and get wraggster to sticky it since i dont think anyone else would. also we need to change the name to DeSmuME Compatibility List. just ways to clean this up.

good info guys, i think that most development of an emulator is put into bugfixes, and the fact that this has hardly any othe than being slow ,it could put more time for speed as compatibility is pretty good. i know alott of people are hoping for this to go into a more than playable state , but i think it may justgo to fifteen or nineteen fps. il also give my results when i get a chance to try out a rom or two.

graphics seems fine, sound seems fine (it loops according to the fps)....

It was a pre-alpha emulator to show people that porting a NDS is possible. And it is, I suppose. I dont know how possible it is to make it fast, though.

As for me, it only freezes my PSP when started.

But don't forget: experianced coders said the N64 emulator was never possible.

it seems that it freezes but it is actually loading the game (thats why it takes too much) it looked like it crashes cause many people didnt have the patience of waiting, pressing the home button whenit actually doesnt work... its how it is

it crashes when your psp turns off by itself. and if its on and memory stick light isnt flashing AT ALL that means its just hanging.

EDIT: ironicly Metroid Prime hunters loads. and i mean ironic cuz we cant use touch screen. :P

EDIT: it was loading and then it crashed and my psp turned off. i guess the psp couldnt handle that game just yet.

Mario slam basketball works I thought it wasn't when I finished typing it didn't work it showed a nintendo logo and then sound starts flicking then it shuts off but I decided to go back into program japanese words showed up or the game I think that I got the japenese version of the game do you thing that when someone picks up on this emulator they can add the firmware.bin cause it would be nice to have the main menu on btw I think we should start a new compability list cause this one is sloppy as heck

im on a cripled 56k so i prob will only report homebrew.
edit :home button dsnt wrk, does that mean it froze? nd we gotta get som1 to release it with input nd to disable sound until it souns ok or is fast enough.
