Microsoft detailed its DLC plans for the Xbox One (http://www.joystiq.com/tag/xbox-one) launch title Forza Motorsport 5 (http://www.joystiq.com/game/forza-motorsport-5), revealing that it will offer a $49.99 "Car Pass" that collects the game's first six batches of add-on content.
Developer Turn 10 will release a selection of new cars for Forza Motorsport 5monthly (http://www.joystiq.com/2013/10/29/monthly-dlc-car-packs-return-in-forza-5/), and players will be able to purchase vehicles either a la carte or via discounted "Car Pack" bundles. Microsoft notes that the Car Pass offers an 18 percent savings over buying each pack individually, suggesting that Car Packs will be priced at around $10 apiece.
The LaFerrari hypercar, pictured above, headlines a 10-vehicle Car Pack launching alongside Forza Motorsport 5 on November 22.
