No, you can't reverse the upgrade. Nor can you run any emus or homebrew on firmware above 1.50. At least not right now. In the future... We'll see.

If you updated your firmware, then just accept the fact and just enjoy the PSP games. They're quite nice afterall, and Midnight Club is due this week. :)
