World Time Clock - Time Baby V5

Hi Guys,
Here is the release of Time Baby V5 with my first World Time Clock.
You can move a crosshair around a world time zone map to see the time
anywhere in the world. The feature has pixel perfect detection of the time zone.

This is also the first official implementation of the GPS time set mode.
This version can set the internal PSP time clock to the time aquired
from a serial GPS mouse. Great for MapThis! users who have one set up.

There is a major bugfix to the Moon phase routine in this release which
addresses a problem that is present in all previous Time Baby releases.

An update is available already to fix a problem with the
time display in the World Clock mode.
The update also provides an alternate less fancy looking greyscale map.
