Hey all. I have been putting my lovely 480x272 AVC video files in ms:\VIDEO\ and they play back just fine. I love it! I don't need to use PMP anymore.

My problem is this:
How do I get thumbnails to show up? They all just have the blue and white filmstrip icon. I've tried naming a 160x120 JPEG as Name_of_video.THM and that doesn't seem to work. Tried some other combinations or guesses.

Help is appreciated! These are just thumbnails, so it's not a major problem, as the videos work wonderfully regardless. Thanks!

use psp max media manager, itll automatically create them for you.

How does it create thumbnails? I want to be able to do it manually. Does PSP Max Media Manager put videos in ms:\VIDEO\ ? Or is it putting them in ANV001 or whatever and naming the vids MAQxxxx.mp4? I'm not running Windows, so I don't think that program is the answer for me.

.THM is only for the MP_ROOT movie folders.
For ones in VIDEO folder, they have .JPG file extension, so it should be name_of_video.jpg for thumbnail

(hope that made sense)
