Bumuckl has released and updated his painting app for the Neoflash Coding Contest:
Bermuda CS 7 is a multifunctional and very powerful homebrew-tool. CS stands for "Creative Suite". Bermuda CS 7 gives you the possibility of designing your own pictures or art easily on your PSP.
And of course, you can do Pixel Art...version 7 now with filebrowser...
