Alright, here's what I've done. I'm using the Alien Skin Software - BlowUp Photoshop Plugin (http://www.alienskin.com/blowup/index.html).

I've also added a poll to the thread to see which people prefer. I'm going towards the 50% sharpen amout, because anything more makes it appear "fake."
