I have been reading about the GPS recievers you can get for your PSP,i was just wondering if there is a monthly service fee for the GPS like onstar or individual GPS units they sell.

there is no fee everything is free
the reason you pay for on start is because they have to track you every where you go. its like a cell phone, police can track you down. but the psp there is no way they they can track you down because the gps is not a tracking device just a receiver.
