Bump for Dreamcast. Lets see if someone can grab the ball and polish this bad boy up with some controller control and multilingual support, and whatever else.
Should this, like, be stickied?

Luke.

ok found this:

Use of the cassettes
If you use the reader-recorder of programs, the things are simplified.

To safeguard a program, it is initially necessary to be placed at the desired place of the cassette, i.e. neither at the beginning (at the place of the band starts), nor at the same place as another program already recorded. The positioning of the band is done with the scroll keys fast before and back which are always active. Then it is necessary to press simultaneously on the key of recording and the key of reading. The cassette is blocked.

It is then necessary to give the order of safeguard:

SAVE "CASS:ACCUEIL"

The tape recorder starts and at the end of a few seconds, the recording is finished and message "OK" reappears.

The reading of the program is carried out then in the following way:
- Rewind the cassette until the beginning of the program. It is always wise to note the number of the meter at the time of the safeguard. If not, rewind until the beginning of the cassette.
- Press on the key of reading of the tape recorder. - Type:

LOAD "CASS:ACCUEIL"

The engine is started and with the screen posts itself:

Searching

then, when the beginning of the program is found:

Found: ACCUEIL.BAS

and at the end of the loading:

OK

There is not any more but to carry out it.

If you put one program by cassette, it is not necessary any more to indicate the name of the program to the load time. It is enough to make:

LOAD "CASS:"

It is the first program present on the cassette which is then charged.
