Andyauff (http://www.andyauff.com/) has released a new fixed version of his homebrew game Jewel Thief

This is based off of a game that I remember playing years ago where you had to take all the jewels without being captured. As far as I remember, this is just like it as far as how you play.

How To Play:

Use the analog nub to move your player (the thief). The object is for you to steal all of the jewels on the screen without being caught by the good guys who are running around. If they touch you, it's game over. Take all of the gems on the screen without being caught and you move on to the next level. Currently there are six levels. Once you beat them all, the game will start over. BUT- no two levels are the same, for the gems are placed randomly around the screen... this assures good replay value. The game starts out easy and gets harder as you progress. If you get caught, press start to restart the game.

I've just released it once before, the day before I released this. This is an update to the first one because the first didn't run correctly. I hope you enjoy it! :)

So is this like Lode Runner (that's what I got from the description). If so, is it also like the homebrew Treasure of Pharaoh? And yeah a screenshot would be nice.

Not quite like Lode Runner. You can move freely anywhere on the screen. Sorry that there are no screenshots, this isn't my primary forum (as you can see by my post count).
