WoW, it actually looks good! More tweaking and it might come out to be a good pokemon clone :D

Looks like a good game, but 15000 lines of code?!?!?! Did you mean 1500? Thats far too many lines for a game like this, you could probably have done the same thing using only 5000 lines or less, not more! Oh, btw, how many lines of code your program has is not really a feature, just seems like bragging to me. Keep it up though, looks like a great LUA game...

I wonder why you didn't include any animation...
i mean, especially since its a lua game. thanks to animlib that wouldn't have been more than like 100-200 lines of code, which really shouldn't matter if you used 15000 already :-(
and walking should really be improved, this version really shouldn't be "final"

Everything about the game is great apart from the fact that it is pokemon.

If you look at the download it comes with all the .lua files, which you can see the sources from. I don't doubt 15,000 lines of code, although it seems like that could probably be reduced by quite a bit if desired.

Yeah, he shouldn't boast with the amount of his code lines. The more lines you code, the worse it gets..

Yeah, the real feature would be having as fewer lines of code as possible, there are even competitions that challenge you to write something in 100 lines or less and the results can sometimes be truely amazing.
