is it possible to set up a network configuration on one psp and transfer over to another one? cuz it's a ****ing pain in the ass to put in the 64 character wpa key. ><

if they are both custom FW, use net config backup.
and replace thee exact same thing or use a flash1 hex editor. (edit it on your computer.)
