you can change your rank to PSP User at early stage,

Lol, I guess so. Theres many ways to get a custom title. Code a game, became extremely Respected by the members, or even gain one through infamy...But I'd bet on that getting you banned before you get a title.

But if your looking for something like "PSP User" then you can check the user groups.
