Lookin for a psx custom icon set

Help I formatted my com and lost many links to websites
BUt I sorely miss this 1

Its a custom psxpsp icon eboot site
Host many custom icons
It lets you choose the custom pic0,pic1,icon0.icon1 then it compiles you a rar of the selected images

Anyone heard of this site?
