The PSP dosent have support for BlueTooth but if you could code an application or .prx for this it may be possible, its mouch easier to buy a PSP-290 unit or a Holux M1000 and either order a factorymade cable for it or build one out of a Remotecable as i did.

Just search for my posts and you will see links to tuts ;)

The Bluetooth adaptor you submited a link to only transmits Audio from the PSP or any device it hooks up to, yes its possible to use this device with your mp3 player too :) Just hook it up to the audio out and see :D Its not that hard.
What you need for it to work with a Bluetooth reciver is a reciver that can connect to a BT unit and transmit the signals and receve... Like Master / Slave units. Thats the hard part, i havent seen any GPS units that are small enough that can do this, the only thing i can think of is a PDA with BT and GPS built in but then you could skip the PSP :)
