In commemoration of the series' 10th anniversary, a special Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Slim & Lite PSP™ limited edition bundle, designed by Tetsuya Nomura has been released.

This bundle contains a silver colored Slim & Lite PSP™ console with Final Fantasy VII 10th Anniversary insignia, a Buster Sword strap and a copy of the game (with a special print cover that differs from the original game release). The bundle is limited to exactly 77,777 units and each console bears its unique number on the back of the UMD™ drive.

A first batch of the PSP PlayStation Portable Slim & Lite - Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Bundle is in stock today. More units are confirmed to arrive on or before Friday, clearning all remaining pending preorders. We still have a few units left, new orders are now welcome at US$ 399.90 to ship by end of this week as well.

I am sad to say mine is bought and paid for, just have to play the waiting game now for it to arrive in the post.

There are many reasons to own one of these, mainly as it is a VERY limited number of PSP's to be produced and 2ndly because it does look rather nice.

On the price note, a psp slim costs £129.99 in the UK, with NO games as far as I am aware, and only Piano black is available at launch, on the other hand this looks rather nice, is limited edition, has FF:CC included and comes neatly packaged for £202.
It's not really a lot more money if you think of it like that, and besides, I WANT IT and can afford to buy it!

In the US the core psp slim is $170.
This FF pack is $400 for a $170 psp + a $50 game + a $180 sticker on the psp

You can get this for a lot cheaper elsewhere. The import sites way way overcharge this. You can get this for 26,300 yen which is about 230.05 at today's exchange rate at japan yahoo auctions site..

Much better bundle pack for the PSP Slim & Lite than the Daxter/Star Wars Bundles.

However, the price is a little steep.
