Hey all - First post here, wondering if i could get a hand with something.

I have always been too scared to give Homebrew on my PSP a try - but a recent craving for some Snes Harvest Moon has finally made me give it a go.

So, as a complete beginner - i was searching around looking for a safe and easy way to get it all working.

I found the HEN Liberty City Stories exploit for firmware 3.03 and i think that this looks like the simplest way to get things going.

But this is where i am stuck - after i install the HEN, what else do i have to install. Some form of Homebrew software? Or can i get the SNES emulator going straight away?

Thanks a lot for helping a fresh Noob

Well both, you can run the emulatorfrom hen but it means loading Hen everytime you restart your pSP or you could downgrade to 1.50 and up to a custom firmware.

Thanks a lot

Any suggestions on what the best Snes and GBA emulators are that work with the HEN 3.03?

Can any Snes emulators even work with the HEN for 3.03? I've tried a couple and they don't seem to be working.

I'm not sure what format they've got to be in try the 1.0 form and 1.50 and make sure it says 3.03 HEN as the system firmware.

HEN just allows you to downgrade.

So, downgrade, then upgrade to 3.52 M33. All homebrew will work.
