Hello. I'm new here. I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
I've been looking at flashcarts for my GBA micro, and have decided on the M3 perfect for reasons of compatibility, battery life, and size.
But, after a lot of research, I am still confused as to the differences between the M3 Perfect Lite micro-SD (sold here: http://www.gameyeeeah.com/m3-perfect-lite-microsd-adapter-with-passcard-p-34.html ) and the M3 Perfect mini-SD (reviewed here: http://www.maxconsole.net/?mode=news&newsid=6984 and here: http://n-europe.com/special.php?sid=m3review )
Some websites say that the M3 Perfect Lite (micro-SD) is for the DS only, but others (such as gameyeeeah, above) claim to include a "GBA shell" with it. Could I use this GBA shell to fit it in my GBA micro? If so, would it stick out? More than the mini-SD version? And where would the micro-SD card go?
Also, do they both have the same levels of support for GBA games? And the same maximum ROM size? I've read that the Pro version of the M3 Perfect can only play ROMS less than 8Mb in size, and I'm worried that the M3 Perfect Lite may use this version of the hardware.
Also, even though I plan to use this flashcart mainly on my GBA micro, I may sometimes use it in my DS. When coupled with a slot-1 passcard, how do each of these compare? Does the M3 Perfect Lite (micro-SD) offer more functionality in this respect?
