custom theme help needed

Ok, I want to add a custom theme to my PSP, but dont really know where to begin. I have
this:
owfx's 3.30oe/3.40oe theme pack (still usable?)
and this:
CXMB v2.31

and am running firmware version *EDIT* M33 3.52 *EDIT*

i dont know how to use what I have, so, any help would be appreciated.

ok, after watching some vids and such, I have decided I know how to install the themes, if I had 3.40 OE-A, which I don't. But 3.52 M33 is newer, so it should still work, right?
