It looks like it's a smaller version of M1000, which works.. I'd give ~99% probability that it would work too.. at least their specs look very similar...
If anyone has the unit please confirm...

I got a holux M-1200 this morning and just make a cable (w 1k resister) to test it. It works.
I test it near the window in my home, get 15 sat, but find that my current location has around 100m difference on the map. (I am in Hong Kong)
Is there any way to calibrate it?
May be it will be better when I test it on the street.

maybe the gogle map for your area is not precise?
Record gps coordinates and check against other sources...

I have the same problem :)
I Google my maps too and sometimes its more accurate than other times.

But its way off in certain areas. :)

Where do I put the SRC file? Everything else works fine but havent figured out yet how to add icons to the map yet that are contained in the src file... Any help? Thank you.

SRC stands for sorce code and it's for developers only...

which icons? if POI - drop new poi images in to that map's directory and define in POI file with:
#
!IMAGE:name_of_you_image.png,
#
40.619260,-73.970920,10 ft,Head south on E 5th St toward Avenue L,1,
40.619240,-73.970920,381 ft,Turn left at Avenue L,10,
