The price that consumers are willing to pay for PS4 is shooting up as we get closer to Christmas.
New research form price comparison site Idealo.co.uk (http://www.idealo.co.uk/)shows that in mid-September the highest PS4 price that was being clicked on by consumers was £349.99.
By the first week of December, however, this had climbed to £596 – a 41 per cent increase.
As of yesterday the highest clicked price was £599.98.
PS4 has also claimed 75 per cent of all console clicks throughout the period and December this year has shown a 581 per cent click rate increase for consoles compared to the same month in 2012.
The most popular PS4-releated search terms are "where can i get a ps4 for christmas", "ps4 in stock" and "ps4 availability".
