This is an unofficial build based on 1.1.2. The .nds file can go anywhere BUT supporting files (prboom.wad, prboom.cfg, etc.) must go in /DATA/dsdoom. Do not put all your files in the root as specified previously. To add WADs to the WAD selector you must edit the WADSEL.INI file:
Code:
[Doom Share]
savpath = doom/
wad = doom/doom.wad
[Doom 1]
savpath = doom1/
wad = doom1/doom.wad
[Doom 2]
savpath = doom2/
wad = doom2/doom2.wad
[TNT]
savpath = tnt/
wad = tnt/tnt.wad
[Plutonia]
savpath = plutonia/
wad = plutonia/plutonia.wad
[Chex Quest]
savpath = chex/
wad = chex/chex.wad
wad = chex/prboom.wad
The "savpath =" and "wad =" specifies a folder within the /DATA/dsdoom folder. Obviously you now put your WADS in subfolders within the dsdoom folder. So in your case, you put your doom2.wad in /DATA/dsdoom/doom2.

Ok! Thanks you! I test it!
EDIT:
[Half Life ZDoom]
savpath = half-life zdoom/
wad = half-life zdoom/ZHLD2.wad
wad = half-life zdoom/doom2.wad
Its correct?? I have black screen only :/
Edit 2:
Oh s**t! I have corupted .WAD files!! All games is black screen! I need wad's files :/ Who can give me the good wad's?

You can't use any Zdoom WADs because ZDoom has all sorts of extra effects that plain Doom cannot handle.
Also, you need to merge your wad using this tutorial:
