Hey all, I've made a little WIP of Halo 2D DS. It just loads the first map and you can walk around, there's no AI yet so there are no enemies, or weapons. I'm about 16% or so done. I'll add another map very soon as well as AI.

Nice artwork (from what I have seen). Btw are you gonna do it like Abuse where you use the mouse pointer/touch screen to choose where to shoot? That'd be teh ace.
Btw what's with the 16% thing? Everybody knows that the last 5% takes *ages* making it really hard to estimate completion :-p

You're right. It looks more like Megaman edits to me. But that's beside the point at this moment in time.

Good work, once you get the game play set (enemies and the like), I'd say start working on custom Master Chief sprites. If you want I can try to come up with something for you, my email is [email protected]

wow nice job. if only you could implement some kind of shooting mechanism with your touch screen. (e.g Tap an enemy and he gets shot or a crosshair to aim with)

Also, he didn't misspell "Spartan" as he was named it "Spartian" (Cross between Martian and Spartan I believe)
