Router Question

So I recently bought a WBR 1310 at 54 mbps, my question is, how well will this work with Xbox live both wirred and wireless. And do the 54 and 108 restrictions only apply over wireless?

it should work well since i have a router that only gives 1050 and i hardly get lag
the only time i get lag is wen i play with my next door neighbor
