Ant512 (http://palib.info/forum/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=3606&viewmode=flat&order=ASC&type=&mode=0&start=20) has released a new version of his Windows like app for the DS, heres whats new:

Lots of bugfixes, but the two main changes this time are screen backgrounds (achieved with the pre-existing SuperBitmap class) and Amiga-style screen dragging. You can now drag a screen's title bar down to reveal the screen below.
