Epic's revealed the minimum and recommended spec for the PC version of Unreal Tournament III, which all being well will release next month.

Can your PC handle it? Here we go...

Minimum System Requirements

Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista
2.0+ GHZ Single Core Processor
512 Mbytes of System RAM
NVIDIA 6200+ or ATI Radeon 9600+ Video Card
8 GB of Free Hard Drive SpaceRecommended System Requirements

2.4+ GHZ Dual Core Processor
1 GBytes of System RAM
NVIDIA 7800GTX+ or ATI x1300+ Video Card

- pentium 3, 730 mhz
- 2GB ram
- 512 Nvidia video card (i forgot the model)
-500 GB of space...
so yeah... the processor is lacky

My workstation fit the requirements mentioned above as follows:

Windows XP service pack 2
3.21GHZ dual core processor
2GB RAM
NVIDIA 7900GTX+
250GB/400GB free space, has slash in it because I have two hard drives

mine cant coz i sucks

2.80ghz intel celeron
512mb of ram
radeon 9250 128mb
120gb space

problem is mine is a dell without an agp or pci express slot so i cant put in a newer model graphics card grrrr... i hate you dell !! i guess i will need to buy a new motherboard for £30

No Dual Core CPU but everything else is nicely up to par. Stupid 3.2 Ghz P4...but it is HT...who knows, it will run just not at max :(

Mine would probably run.. not too well though unless I get some more RAM...

*Sob* I love UT but my Craptop can't run it...Im using a Ccelerom M that boast 1.6Ghz...I can always buy RAM and I think the Video Card is crap too but you never know...plus im runing..*wisper*...vista...oh god have mercy on me...

Junixx: RAM's an issue, but it's the least of your worries in comparison to that slow CPU and GPU.

Looking forward to UT3, should run pretty well on my system (specs in sig).

Mine should be fine as well. Man, I remember upgrading my last machine to play UT2k3 =P. All I did was bump the ram from 256 to 1gb and I was able to go from playing with 3 bots to 16 hehe.

The weakest part of my machine is probably the ram size, but I think the speed/timing makes up for it. (only 1gb, but 2-3-5-2 timings and DC/128bit)
