3D tutorials update 3

Hi folks,

I have added 2 tutorials, one about timers and the other about getting homebrew working on 3.xx firmwares. There were a lot of request about this so with the help of CpuWhiz:thumbup: at the ps2dev.org forums I have added a tutorial about this.

I have also fixed some errors in the already existing tutorials.
