Cory1492 has released an open source NAND dumper for the PSP running 3.xx custom firmwares and working on PSP Slim too.. this work based on the original developments by Dark_AleX and Mathieulh.

So is this for those like me who should have backed up their NAND on their Slim & Lite PSP before upgrading to CFW but didn't?

Or, since this is made for CFW does it give you the same NAND backup that you would get if you were still on 3.60 SONY firmware with the slim?

it just dumps all of the files on flash 0 and maybe flash 1 i havent checked yet

Nope. It dumps a raw NAND image for use with the full restore flashers like Pandora and Des.CemV3. - so it dumps everything to a 33 or 66MiB file depending on which PSP you have (old or new style).

there is also an open source 3.xx pandora battery tool-alike which I think has not been mentioned here as well.
