News from tehskeen (http://www.tehskeen.net/)

I've just published a new website dedicated on teaching "newbs" how to solder onto the various electronic components you'll find inside various video gaming consoles including pads, via points, ic legs and resistors. If you're new at soldering or just want some general tips and tricks check it out.

Newbs + Soldering = ****ed up circuit boards

I think anyone wishing to learn how to solder should get some "hands on" training, but to each his own...

It does have a lot of good information. It explains soldering many different points and suggests practicing on old junk first. I learned to solder just by doing it. After reading the site, I wish I had had such a resource when I was learning.

But he consistently misspells excess as access. That's a little bit worrying.

The only things this site is missing are a table of contents and video.
