VCS CheatDevice v2.4 (3.10OE-A and higher supported!)

New! OE and M33 custom firmwares supported! Tested on 3.10OE-A and 3.71 M33.
See readme.txt for installation instructions.

After installing, wait at least 30 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets corrupt, use "chkdsk /f X:" I advise against saving your game after using cheats. Please note that when you spawn vehicles, you are using a game cheat that will lower your criminal rating!

Maybe I'll dust off my UMD and play this again now, never did finish it :P

In your memory card root, create a folder called SEplugins, now copy either vcscheatdevice.prx if you are using anything 3.52 M33 or lower, but if you are using 3.71 M33, use vcscheatdevice371.prx, now after you have copied the appropriate file to SEplugins, create a text document called GAME, now add the following text inside then save it...
3.52 M33 or lower: ms0:SEplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx
3.71 M33: ms0:SEplugins/vcscheatdevice371.prx
