Nvidia is set to introduce "GameStream-ready" PCs and routers in an initiative designed to simplify the process of using its wireless game streaming technology.
The GameStream technology is designed to allow low-latency streaming of home PC games via Wi-Fi to Nvidia's Shield (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/441076/nvidia-shield-update-introduces-1080p-streaming/) portable games console.

Specific routers from Asus, Buffalo, D-Link, and Netgear are GameStream certified
Nvidia has also teamed with with iBuyPower, Origin, CyberPowerPC and more to create specific GameStream-ready hardware.
