Hello all,

I'm trying to make my Haicom 406BT gps receiver to work with mapthis.

I know it's possible because pc-mobile sells cable for it : http://www.pc-mobile.net/gcpsp.jpg

But I made my own cable (too long to buy it and can't buy it).

My psp is a 3.54 M33 firmware
I changed baud rate to 19200
I made a cable by cutting the earplug thingie and cutting the mini1394-to-usb cable of the 406BT and :

soldering blue wire with black one (of usb cable)
soldering gray wire with green one (of usb cable)
putting a 1K resistors between gray and green wires

The 406BT seems to 3d fix properly judging by the green led blinking.
It works properly on PC.

Did i do something wrong ?

Any help would be truly appreciated !
Thanks
