To celebrate the ten-year anniversary of the Far Cry franchise, publisher Ubisoft has announced a special compilation package for PS3 owners. The Far Cry Compilation bundle features Joystiq favorites Far Cry 2 (http://www.joystiq.com/2009/01/01/joystiqs-top-10-of-2008-far-cry-2/), Far Cry 3 (http://www.joystiq.com/2013/01/04/best-of-the-rest-alexanders-picks-of-2012/) and, the standalone riot, Blood Dragon (http://www.joystiq.com/2014/01/03/best-of-the-rest-sinans-picks-of-2013/).
PlayStation 3 owners can stalk the jungles of the Far Cry universe on February 11 when the set is released at retail for $40.
Joystiq has asked Ubisoft if Far Cry Compilation – as it's officially named – will arrive on other platforms, but has not heard back at the time of publishing.
