NJ (http://nj-emu.tfact.jp/) has posted new versions of his emulators for the PSP and now in 3 flavours which makes it a tad confusing but basically you have downloads for v1.5 firmware, PSP Slim Software and also UserMode versions for firmware which requires that.

Other than that the Jap to English translation comes out rubbish.

Great news from NJ! Only thing though, KOF2003 does not work (it's the only game), very nice speed gains on the MVSPSP.

Thanks for the link, dcorreia. I downloaded it, checked it out, and thought, "uh, what?". That's basically where I'm stuck. Any chance you could write a quick how-to for applying this fix? Thanks SO much, man! Good link.

just replace the eboot for the corresponding version of MVSpsp you're using. I still wish NJ would reconsider addin Bootlegs on CPS1. SF2KYORIU was fun every once in a while.

Nice release but honestly am I the only one that noticed the sound in the MVS emu sounds kinda high? :/

EDIT: I too have this problem Ricky!

I have quite a large problem;
Loading savestates on 2.30 versions of CPS2PSP and MVSPSP (the only ones I use) seems to stop half way. The PSP then freezes, and the only way to recover it is to do a hard reset.
The problem isn't my memory stick, and loading and saving works fine with version 2.23 of the emu's. The problem is that my new saves are now rendered useless. Does anyone know a way to fix this problem or is anyone else having it???
cheers, rikky.

Sorry for this stupid question but i need to know why the cache of the neogeo roms can't be zipped instead the cache of the CPS2 roms can.I can't find this info anywhere so i try here.I just want to know if there is a technical reason.When i convert the cache of the CPS2 roms and i re-zip them with 7zip then i delete the cached files from the original zippedrom and i re-zip it with 7zip too the final two zips are far little than the original zippedrom instead the cache of the neogeo roms is bigger two or three times the size of the original zip and i fill the memory card with few games....

NJ has updated his emu again, now it's 2.3.1 fixing some bugs on previous version. There's also a 2.5 version out that I think it's for AdHoc.

Tested the new version, now Samurai Shodown 5 (not SP) gets an BANK ERROR message. I'll keep testing all my roms to see if anymore games gets this message.
