ColEm-Android 2.9.6, the new version of my ColecoVision (http://www.aep-emu.de/Sections-req-viewarticle-artid-70.html) emulator, has gone into Google Play today:

In this release, I have fixed the frame rate change between PAL and NTSC modes and eliminated several crash sources that showed up in the Google Developer console. See below for detailed change list.
Fixed framerate limiter change when switching between PAL and NTSC.
Fixed a crash when surface gets destroyed during display update.
Fixed a crash when deleting files with special characters in their names.
Fixed a crash when showing sections in File Selector.
