PSP stuck at V. 3.11

Sorry if this has been posted before but, my PSP is stuck at version 3.11 I used to run homebrew but I would really like to start playing the new PSP games. Anyone know where I can get a custom firmware made to be used on version 3.11?

well there is a downgrader for this version, but i'm not sure about where it was yet.
