Are these genuine white label promo's?
Sonic Adventure (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4305&item=8203467617&rd=1)
Quake III Arena (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4305&item=8203466212&rd=1)
It's usually easy to spot a fake as the Dreamcast text at the bottom isnt shiny, but on these the pics seem purposefully blurry so you cant tell.
the seller also doesnt state whether they are or not, and as they're selling loads im assuming they're fake.
Are they real?

i would assume they are real. they seem identical to the coloration and such of the ones i have. you could buy them with insurance then contact ebay if it is fake since it says they work.

yeah the guy says that they work, so if they don't hes lieing i.e. breaking the ebay rules. it the ones that are not clear in the Description are the ones u need to work out for

I know they are working but i think it may be just a downloaded image burnt on to a CD-R and made to look like a promo. They're usually obvious if theyre fake.
I think these are probably real, oh well too late to bid.

Hi... these promos were occasionally full games or part demos. They aren't worth collecting however there is two to look for.
Opel Challenge (MSR special demo) and Flintstones some guy thinks he can get 250 quid on a buy it now on ebay.
Whilst we talk about ebay...

There is also the GGX demo disc, only given out at some gaming convention, which is similar to Opel Challenge (the one with two cars only right?)

That's a new one on me... but promotional material comes and goes in such limited quantites that it is instantly forgotten about afterwards.
I tend to go for the memorable stuff and examples of my stuff are...
DOA extreme beach volleyball - bikini playing cards
KOF - Terry Bogard's Fatal Fury Baseball cap
I can look at these and say it is appropriate, and somewhat fitting. Now Pokemon Trading cards !!! Now what kind of dumb promotional idea is that?
