Hi everyone,
I just installed Mapthis on my 3.71 M33 PSP slim. i'm using the PSP290 receiver. To install, I followed the directions on this website:
http://www.mikehacks.com/psp-290/psp%3A_how_install_mapthis_3.71_m33_3.52m33_psp_sl im_or_fat

My PSP boots GPS properly and can lock on to multiple sattelites. I'm getting a fix on my position on the map, as well as lattitude and longitude. However, when I press start->Look up address, I get : "Error! Geodata file is missing!" I have the GDML .5 folder, and I know there's a geodata file in that. Should I import that file to my PSP? If so, where should I do it?

All help is appreciated,
Johnny

EDIT: I'm assuming the look up address function is how I can get the GPS to give me a path to the destination. If this is not so, can someone please tell me how to do this?

Geodata is not available for all countries, I've only seen it for USA, Canada, Sweden and Netherlands. Geodata functionality in MapThis only points you to a specific location given a street name or the other way around (it shows the nearest street name).

In order to get a complete route with directions you need GMDL or http://getroute.nieko.net/.
