I'm trying to get it working, but the PC program is all jacked up for me.

I know that's not how it's supposed to be. It won't let me click start to bring up the video, and I can't quit the program unless I terminate the process.
Anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking it might be a .NET framework issue.
