PSP Zip Extractor/File Manager

I saw found some file management software somewhere not too long ago that had a built-in zip extractor. All I have is my psp and downloaded an archive of (legal) music and wanna jam but cant locate the site that hosted this homebrew! Help!

Unfortunately you'll have to unzip all these first though!
