I'm really interested in getting into getting Homebrew apps running on my DS Lite. I read the "FAQ - What Do I Need for Homebrew on the DS (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=27418)". I want to do four things (in order of importance) on my DS Lite:

-o- Run Emulators (NES, SNES, GBC, Genesis)
-o- Run Opera (or a possible FFox Port?)
-o- Play GBA Games (roms?)
-o- Play DS Games (roms?)

I'm interested in knowing what sort of Adapters/Carts I would need to peruse these endeavours of mine! From what I know I need a Slot 2 Cart with RAM (For Opera/Browser and for the GBA Games) & a Slot 1 Cart with a built-in PassMe and one that is capable of supporting (4-6 Gigabyte SD Memory). Feel free to correct my misconceptions.

If anyone can provide there own insight and personal experiences that can help me get on my way to doing the aforementioned first three items on my list xD!

Care to elaborate why?

you get an improved m3 simply which has a better touch screen interface and SDHC support, an empty gba cart to load one gba game or homebrew app and play (downloads from the m3 real). ram expansion pak featuring more ram than the opera one. a rumble pak that has different intensity levels. all the slot 2 cards fit absolutley flush with your ds, you'd think you've left the slot filler in. finished in a glossy finish to match your ds. and all for £2 mroe than a single supercard one without a memory card

Thanks for the Summary =) I looked over the products that are in that package at this site: http://www.kickgaming.com/real-perfect-bundle-p-277.html

It's the same one that you have in your sig. Wouldn't I need to buy a M3Lite to play multiple GBA Games? Or would it be possible to load games off the M3 Real (which has multiple .gba roms) to the GBA Cart and play them?

More than likely it's the second option, where you store the GBA files on your slot-1 card and transfer them over to the slot-2 cart as needed.

In either case, if you wish to use the Opera browser you'll need some sort of solution that uses both slots anyway.

So, if I'm fine with a 2-slot solution this M3 Bundle is the best?

the m3 real is a slot1 card, but has slot2 expansion carts with it, if that makes sense

a slot2 solution would be something like a m3 lite, that requires a passcard
