Mudlord (http://forums.ngemu.com/1225600-post214.html)has released 2 WIP versions of his work on the excellent GBA Emulator for Windows, heres the details:
Uploaded builds of SVN 104 (http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbacompiles/VisualBoyAdvance104.rar)
Includes new SDL-based Win32 build (http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbacompiles/vbam-sdlwin32104.rar). Note that it is command-line based for commands.
