Anyone know of a good free one?

There isn't any good FREE ones, though "ImTOO Audio Encoder" is a good program (I have the full version - though the trial was quite good).

I just use iTunes to convert wma to mp3. It doesn't work if the wma is copy protected. However, I believe if you burn it to a CD then import it, it will work.
