The new MasterGear-Android 2.8.15 adds automatic recognition of some games requiring special hardware, such as Codemasters´ MicroMachines and the MLB Baseball games. I have also split the Settings into multiple tabs, for easier navigation, and moved some of them around.
MasterGear-Android is my Sega MasterSystem, GameGear, and SG-1000 emulator for Android. You will find it here:

ALL CHANGES:
Added automatic hardware selection for some games.
CodeMasters´ Micro Machines works out of the box now.
MLB Majors Pro Baseball works out of the box now.
Settings are now tabbed, for easier navigation.
Added Emulation section to the Settings.
Made "Scanline Effect" a list selector, to accommodate multiple effects.
Removed "93c44 Serial EEPROM Chip" option, as it is now automatic.
Removed "CodeMasters Memory Mapper" option, as it is now automatic.
Moved some options from Input and Video sections to General.
Reordered Settings by importance.
