graph05 (http://www.dev-fr.org/projets/(nds)-dskara-(v0-7)/msg15547/?topicseen#new) has updated DsKara, his karaoke application for the DS.

After 2 long weeks (sorry, I had a lot of homework at the end of 1st quarter: s) I return with version 1.2 of DsKara Why 1.2 and not 1.1 I care? Well simply because the editor is included, and now you can create your own karaoke

Here is a link to a tutorial for making your own files:
Tutorial Link (http://www.gba-nds.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=327&Itemid=2)

Here is a link to the page that does the conversions (it is missing from the tutorial page.)
Editor Link (http://lesoukderaf.free.fr/DsKaraEditor/)

The audio files must be RAW, Signed 8 bit, Mono, 11025 Sample Rate.

I am having trouble with DSKara skipping words, both in the editor and in the player. It has timestamps for all of the words, but it will highlight the entire line from the first or second word. After this error, the highlighting is one word behind for each word that it skipped.

For example, if the lyrics are:
one two three
four five six

if it highlights the first line all at once, it will not highlight "four" until it should be highlighting "six".

I have not been able to find any consistent items in the text when this happens. It does not happen on every comma or every apostrophe. I have not been able to get it to work.

Has anyone had this problem? If so, have you figured out what causes it?
