The great news is The Worldwide Leader in Sports (http://www.engadget.com/tag/ESPN/) has finally brought the application to Microsoft's operating system. Now users will be able to stream a ton of on-demand and live content (http://www.engadget.com/2011/04/07/watchespn-ios-app-lets-some-people-watch-live-sports-wherever-th/) from ESPN's network lineup, right on their Windows 8 PC. Access to real-time video feeds does require a cable subscription, however, so be sure to checkthe description here (http://apps.microsoft.com/windows/en-us/app/watchespn/f5b84ed0-3681-4b75-8d62-164d3898763a) to see if your provider supports WatchESPN.
